The Dragon's Horde

Dusting off the blood soaked dirt and healing wounds. Scared earth and a pile of cultist corpses surround our intrepid heroes. The dragon flees to the North. The group makes their way into the tower in the search for clues and treasure. Cautiously entering the lair looking for any traps and potential ambushes. The dragon protective of his treasure horde kept everyone at bay. When you're that fearsome, traps aren't necessary!

Bewitched Trinket

Entering the watchtower Bralleros searching for magical items narrows in on a toy bird carved from wood. It rests on the window sill at the base what would be the stairs to the loft that has been destroyed. After a few moments of being mesmerized by it's beauty, reality quickly sets that Lansilar had played quite the prank! Bralleros summoning energy to cast eldritch blast at the trinket testing the power of his patron. The energy surges with renewed power, destroying the toy and the window. Lansilar divulges the toy was one from his childhood, lost in the urgency of their fleeing departure from the dragon's attacks on Thundertree.

The team find themselves picking through a pile of treasure collected by the Dragon over many years of plundering the countryside. See Rewards below

Deeper into Thundertree

After picking through all the rewards the party level up to level 4 characters. And begin to make their way deeper into Thundertree. After splitting up and scouting ahead, the party come back together and enter the town square together.

Statue of Distraction

A solitary statue sits in the center of the town square, leaning slightly after years of inattention. Curious of it's placement and material the party lay into the statue, smashing it to bits. Finding nothing hidden in it's insides. The distraction alerted a group of ash zombies that were occupying the building to the North of the square. Using their distracted nature to surround the party the battle is on.

Ashes in the Air

Battleaxes, swords, and arrows fly through the court. Every hit of the zombies begin to choke the air with ash and soot. After the first blow of ash hits! Keladark sneaking under the cloud lays waste to two of the zombies in a smashing blow. Khan and Merric take aim and bring down another. Lansilar, Bim, and Jynryn lay waste to the remaining zombies.

Heavy breathing from the party as the fight comes to a close, or so they thought. Creaking and cracking as bones reanimate and some of the zombies rise to their feet.

The fight rages on!
